Alternative Dispute Resolution Services

BPC will therefore ensure an outcome that seeks to firstly protect the reputation of the FSP (specifically by avoiding a Determination by the Ombud, which is publicised and has often resulted in an FSP’s licence being revoked) and secondly one that seeks to restore the business relationship with the client.
